Professional profile
I qualified in medicine from the University of London in 2000, following my completion of a clinical fellowship at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. I was awarded membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2003 and completed my specialist training in cardiology in 2010. That same year, I was appointed as a consultant cardiologist at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust (now University Hospitals Sussex NHS Trust).
I am known for my expertise in atrial fibrillation and arrhythmia and also specialise in ablation, pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (IVD).
I am a faculty member of the Heart Rhythm Congress and have presented my research findings at key conferences in the field of cardiology. My numerous academic articles are published in peer-reviewed journals.
