Dr Zoe Schaedel is a motivated and dynamic GP, educator and clinical leader. She has strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and has contributed to various publications and clinical pathway development.
As a GP with longstanding interest in both Mental Health and Women’s Health, Dr Schaedel has been struck at how common and disruptive sleep problems can be, and the many limitations that exist to managing these problems well within the NHS. She also struck at the significant impact that improved sleep could have on psychological and physical health. She has then embarked on extended training in sleep disorders, developing both medical and psychological expertise that has enabled her to offer holistic and effective treatment for Insomnia, and to set up The Good Sleep Clinic, which is committed to offering evidence-based effective treatment for patients struggling with poor sleep.
