"Can’t quite believe the hospital has been open ten years.  I remember when it was a building site and the “hospital” was actually a couple of rooms at the Sussex County Cricket Club. 

When I started we were excited to get more than 70 calls a day - all coming through switchboard on the main hospital number.  We used to make a note (couple of words) of what the call was about and to which department they need to go to.  Seems like madness now!

It’s been great to have had so many different roles in so many different areas since then."
