Thomas creates restaurant-standard dishes which are a far cry from traditional hospital food.
Our kitchen team consists of highly trained experts from across the world, bringing flavours and imbuing our dishes with exotic creativity and cultural diversity while provinding the nutritional value you need for a quick recovery. In compliance with Natasha's Law, all dishes include full list of ingredients and allergen labelling.
Our menus are presented with a folder that carries our allergy chart, so that it is now easier for you to match and identify the ingredients that you are allergic to.
