Professional Profile
Mr Enis Guryel trained at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospitals Medical School, London, qualifying in 1998. He undertook his basic surgical training in London and Brighton, gaining further experience in orthopaedics in the South West Thames Orthopaedic Training rotation.
Mr Guryel is a Fellow of the Complex Trauma and Limb Reconstruction Fellowship, St. Peter’s Hospital, Chertsey.
His professional interests include teaching as part of local, regional and national courses. He is a past-president of the Federation of Orthopaedic Trainees in Europe. Mr Guryel is also a reviewer of the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
Alongside his memberships to the British Orthopaedic Association, the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the British Trauma Society, Mr Enis Guryel is also Honorary Junior Secretary to the Royal Society of Medicine. He is additionally a Member of the Scientific Committee of the European Federation of Orthopaedics and Traumatology.
